Brand-new and reasonably priced room with a fridge was enjoyable. There were a balcony, a writing desk and coffee when we arrived.

Well, it was a very good stay out of town. All the staff was competent and attentive, fixed my issues. My executive king room and all facilities were really good. There was a main bar. Enjoyed my stay.

£25 charge for v small dog ! We did not take dog as it only costs £15 at dog sitters & includes food.

Great breakfast selection, with fresh fruits like strawberries, and delicious waffles. There's something for everyone here. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by woods and a nearby forest, makes for a nice breakfast experience. 🌳

The building itself. Old world with great character. Interesting cultural aspect to the hotel due to its links with Gilbert and Sullivan.
The bar staff were Eastern European and quite brusque

Although we booked a standard room through Booked.net on arrival we were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were very good. We would definately return to this hotel!

Full of character; very comfortable; took advantage of a very good deal. Didnt see much of it in daylight . Would like to stay again to walk in the gardens and perhaps play golf nearby
